It appears to me that too many completely different approaches to research relating to Alzheimer’s disease are being followed. Diversity of research efforts is very good at early stages and when breakthroughs in understanding remain elusive. However, considerable progress has been made and we still see companies wanting to develop their own money-making drugs, ignoring other findings and rushing forward.
